Our client is looking for a unit Manager who would be based in the Bradford area. You will be responsible for the full day to day running of the kitchen area. You will have experience of catering for high volumes of people. The kitchen serves a Halal Menu so experience is needed in Halal food including preparation and cooking.You will be responsible for food hygiene and all health and safety rules and regulations within the working area.
