Insolvency Post Appointment Advisor

Stockport, Cheshire

£16,000 - £18,000 Basic

£22,000 OTE

Our client is a fast growing Stockport based Insolvency Company who currently have several vacancies for experienced Post approval Administrators.

You will be joining a very friendly and successful team and will be based in modern offices in Stockport, Cheshire.

Your duties & responsibilities include:

* Case administration following creditor approval of IVA's through to closure

* Reviewing terms (including any modifications) of approved Voluntary Arrangements (after circulation of Chairman's report, bonding of SVR appointment, DTI notification and SO mandate issued to bank) and to update case diary to ensure case compliance

* Assist with monthly billing for ICS and IDS cases

* Monitor IVA post-approval compliance - including any obligations other than monthly contributions and asset realisations * Issue notice of breach to debtors

* Convene meetings where breaches are not remedied * Propose variations to approved IVA cases

Successful candidates will have a minimum of 6 months relevant experience in Personal Insolvency and be able to demonstrate excellent organisational and communicative skills.
