IVA Drafter / Administrator - Insolvency Drafter / Administrator

£17,000 - £22,000 Basic £28,000 OTE

Currently expanding their Drafting team, they would like to find experienced IVA Drafters with in depth knowledge of personal IVA's.

Successful candidates will have worked in a similar environment and have previous IVA Drafting Administration experience.

Your duties will include:

* Drafting IVA proposals

* Liaising with creditors and their representatives in order to receive votes for creditors meetings

* Conducting reviews of all cases

* Dealing with queries from Debtors & Creditors

* Inputting and updating the systems

This role requires someone with a high level of attention to detail, excellent planning and organizational skills along with previous Insolvency Administration / Drafting / IVA experience
