Corporate Insolvency Administrator

Stockport

£20,000 - £25,000 Per annum

My client is fast becoming one of the leading Insolvency practices in the North West. With expansion plans underway, they seek an experienced Corporate Insolvency Administrators who have previously worked within the Corporate Insolvency sector or who have enough Personal Insolvency experience along with relevant or related qualifications such as CPI or accountancy experience.

All candidates should have previous Insolvency experience with knowledge of the following:

* Drafting section 98 reports

* Drafting annual reports

* Dealing with creditors share holders directors and employees

* Have an awareness of dealing with retention of title claims

* Chasing company book debtors

* Realisation of assets and being experienced and conversant with this process.

* Familiar with the overall liquidation process and documentation involved.

Successful candidates will receive an annual salary of between £20,000 - £25,000 per annum dependant on their level of experience and ability, along with great company and group benefits.
