Assistant Accountant

Howarth Morris Financial Selection are recruiting for a Part Qualified Assistant Accountant for a prestigious UK Fast Track 100, Global Market Leader.

Duties will include: Effective management and control of the groups 50 bank accounts; timely and accurate matching and allocation of entries; accounting of investment transactions, derivatives, swaps and futures; maintenance and preparation of the inter-company transactions and subsequent reconciliations across the groups 7 businesses; review, reconciliation and analysis of various balance sheet accounts; completion of month-end journals including foreign exchange; payroll and month end reporting. Supporting a complex and intricate global commodity business, this role warrants a bright and committed professional who thrives in a fast paced, challenging role.
