Graduate Production Manager / Graduate Manufacturing Manager / Graduate Engineer

Our client a specialist manufacturing group supplying complex instrumentation to a wide range of industries are looking to further strengthen their manufacturing department. Reporting directly and working very closely with the Manufacturing Manager you will manage multiple process improvements projects, and be an integral part in reducing waste and increasing productivity. The successful candidate will be a graduate in electrical/electronic engineering or a Physics related subject who isn't afraid to challenge existing practices when necessary. The role involves process improvement, design, and product development based. You will therefore be a recent graduate with experience of process improvement techniques and have the ability to improve manufacturing processes through modern manufacturing techniques. The role will involve design changes to layouts and machinery to optimise production and reduce waste, this is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated graduate who will be given ongoing support and development and ultimately mentored through the business to achieve their career aspirations.
