DEBT ADVISORS

My client is one of the UK's leading Financial companies.

They are looking to recruit indviduals who have previous experience within Debt Management.

The main purpose of the role is to provide financial advice and manage appropriate account solutions to clients based upon financial information extracted during initial contact through to first payment.

Other duties include dealing with pre-qualified leads from the Contact Centre and call clients to offer best advice relating to debt.

Utilising negotiation skills and competent judgement to identify client need and match to our products.

Ability to handle objections, ability to close negotiations, agree files and action administration in a timely manner.

Proactively manage a portfolio of clients from agreement through to first payment. Active file organisation and management, electronically update files where necessary.

Handle inbound advisor calls, transfer where appropriate,

Meet / exceed external client expectations and internal KPI's / relationships. Manage / exceed individual target, actively seek to identify individual training needs.

Ability to evolve and meet growing organisational culture, expectations and values.

Negotiate, liaise and manage client relationships to point of first payment. Manage relationships with other departments through competent client file management.

Experience required

Sales experience advantageous.

Strong literacy, numeracy and analytical skills.

Able to adopt an empowered approach to decision making.

Good understanding of the power of negotiation and influencing.

High level of interpersonal skills - ability to communicate at all levels (Internally/Externally).

Able to work in a pressurised, target driven environment.

PC / Keyboard skills.

Basic Salary is £18k-£22k + Realistic OTE £45k+
