Deputy Manager Required for Independant Hospital in Liverpool. The purpose of this post is to enhance the high standard of service and staff development. You will be dedicated to achieving Care Quality Commission standards and co-ordinating the work and training of the care team and deputising in the absence of the Manager. You will support in the management and supervision of the care team, contribute to the development of the service, ensuring service users are supported within a person centred philosophy. You will be an experienced and innovative nurse, who is forward thinking and has the tenacity to achieve goals.
