Project Manager

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Product Support Manager with this international business, working primarily from their Manchester office.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

* day to day management of team through development of direct reports including management of recruitment and induction process, absence, appraisals, performance management, and training

* Resolving complex client queries and issues

* Delivering process improvement

* Forecasting, capacity planning and resource management

* Ensuring one best way of working, process adherence and maintenance of ISO and SOX accreditation

* Leading and working with other departments on cross-functional improvement projects

* Ensuring compliance with audit, ISO and SOX requirements

* Working with Performance Improvement to deliver operational and process MI

The successful candidate will be expected to work under own initiative for day to day tasks.

You will posess strong customer service skills, Operations management: capacity planning, resource management, visual performance and workflow management, skills management, performance measurement and management, quality management and continuous improvement, standardisation /SOPs / user guides, workplace management (5S), work organisation/design.

In addition to the above, you will be expected to demonstrate previous experience of:

* Change management

* Process and quality improvement experience

* Project management

Candidates should meet the following criteria:

* Degree level or equivalent

* Experience of implementing operational improvement

* Proven track record of continuous improvement

* Experience of HRIS and Payroll Services desirable

* PRINCE2, PMP or APMP desirable
